When you visit StarckRealtors.com, two types of information may be collected: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

How Prudential Starck, Realtors® Collects and Uses Your Information

Personally identifiable information

Personally identifiable information will be collected when you voluntarily submit your personal information via forms or email requests for information or assistance. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, mailing address, zip code, email address, phone and fax numbers, and any other information that may identify you as a specific individual. You will be requested to provide personally identifiable information for: MLS Club Services, email notification of new listings, home market evaluations, career information, request for appointments to view properties, and relocation services. Prudential Starck, Realtors® requests and collects only the personally identifiable information necessary to respond to your requests for services, or enhance your use of our website.

SPrudential Starck, Realtors® does not require submission of personally identifiable information to access basic site services such as property searches, links to community and school information or buyer and seller articles and calculators.

In accordance to Illinois State real estate law and MLS regulations, we are required to request personally identifiable information in order to assign a log in password to search the entire database of MLS listings of brokers who have chosen not to participate in Broker Reciprocity (the sharing of listing information on other broker websites). We limit access to the Personal Information to only those employees who need such access in connection with providing products or services you request.

You may request discontinuation of e-mail communication, new listing notices or other services by sending an email opt-out notice to our Customer Care Department at info@starckrealtors.com.

We will not sell, rent, or give your personally identifiable information to any third party without your prior explicit permission except where we need to share your information in order to provide the product or service you have requested or if we are required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena.

Non-personally identifiable information

Non-personally identifiable information is collected and logged by our web hosting provider to give us statistical information on website traffic and usage patterns. This information includes your IP address (internet protocol address; a number or series of numbers that identify a computer linked to the Internet.) An IP address is not linked to any personally identifiable information, which means that while the session will be logged, the user remains anonymous to us.

Cookies

StarckRealtors.com does not use cookies to store personal information on your computer's hard drive.

In order to provide you additional real estate related information, StarckRealtors.com offers links to several outside web sites. These sites may collect both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information or data. Prudential Starck, Realtors® has no control over these outside sites or their information gathering practices or use of cookies. If you have questions concerning privacy policies of these linked sites, please refer to the privacy statements on their website.

Prudential Starck, Realtors® Do Not Call Policy

If you do not want to receive sales calls from Prudential Starck, Realtors®, you can ask us to place your telephone number on Prudential Starck, Realtors®’ "Do Not Call" list. In compliance with federal and state laws, your request will be documented immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number to be removed from any sales programs that are currently underway.

  • Your request can be in writing or by phone, and must include, at a minimum, your telephone number.
  • If you have multiple telephone numbers, tell us all numbers that you want to be included.
  • You will remain on our "Do Not Call" list for five years, unless you ask to be removed.
  • If your telephone number ever changes, you must give us your new information for your "do not call" status to remain in effect.

Many "do not call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though your number(s) are on these other "do not call" lists. Therefore, if you are a Prudential Starck, Realtors® client or customer, you may be contacted by Prudential Starck, Realtors® even though you are on these other "do not call" lists. If you do not want to be contacted by Prudential Starck, Realtors® for sales call purposes, even though you are a customer, simply follow the steps above to be placed on Prudential Starck, Realtors® "Do Not Call" list and your request will be honored. If you are a client or customer, we may still contact you for non-solicitation purposes. Being on Prudential Starck, Realtors® "Do Not Call" list means that you will not receive sales calls by anyone representing Prudential Starck, Realtors®. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes.
