To enhance the likelihood of early and substantial return on the investment of your effort and talent, we offer what we believe is the most effective and comprehensive training available in our profession. We offer both pre-license training classes (required by the State of Illinois for salesperson and broker licensing) as well as a two-week post-license program focusing on "real world" real estate practice. We invite a detailed comparison of our residential real estate sales training program to that offered by any other company in the industry.

Evening Workshops meet from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm - 2 nights per week for 6 weeks.

*Bloomingdale Saturday Sessions meet from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for 11 weeks.

Post-License Training

We take the training and success of our associates very seriously, indeed. We are aware that, in fact, Prudential Starck, Realtors®'s continued success and leadership in our markets depend upon it. The training, offered monthly and free of any charge to accepted candidates, consists of in-depth discussions and practice in the following (and other) subject areas:

  • Completing sales and listing contracts
  • Financing alternatives
  • Working within the multiple-listing systems
  • Working with buyers and sellers
  • Property value analysis
  • The laws of agency
  • Prospecting
